Run 35 minutes at talking pace. Remember your heart rate monitor and that your average HR for the total trip must be at least 60% of your max HR to earn points.
WELCOME TO THE 10K PROGRAM
The goal is to have you run 10k at the end of this program. The duration of the program is 16 weeks with three workouts a week. Completing the entire program will earn you a staggering total of 10,000 bonus points as well as improve your fitness level.
