Sale and delivery conditions for online purchases

Terms-and-Condition

Effective date: 6th November 2014.

The following terms and conditions apply to all goods delivered by I Do Move ApS, reefed to as (“Supplier”) to Customer.

1. Order

Orders can be placed on www.idomove.com/shop By placing an order the Customer accepts that the Supplier will begin delivery based on the information contained in the contract details.

Binding purchase agreement exists, when the Customer has entered credit card information and completed the payment.

The Supplier will as soon as possible send an order confirmation by email. It contains the order number, customer name and address, payment details and a list of the items ordered. This is the Customers invoice.

The customer is encouraged to print the order confirmation immediately after receiving the email.

2. Payment

All stated prices are VAT included and we accept Visa and MasterCard.

No money will be charged from the Customer’s account until the Supplier ships the product.

Supplier’s payment solution is based on the SSL Standard, which means that the information provided in connection with the payment transaction is protected by use of encryption.

3. Delivery

We ship online purchases to addresses all over the world. Online orders must be shipped to a physical street address. The goods are delivered when the item is handed over to Customer. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer when the goods have been delivered. Delivery time is 4-7 working days starting from the time when the order confirmation is given. If an item is out of stock, it may take longer. If the delivery is delayed, the Supplier will notify the Costumer by email as soon as possible. If the Supplier has informed of a delay by email, this could not be claimed as a violation of agreement. Orders are shipped by Post Denmark and the Customer pays shipping costs. Shipping costs will be indicated in the order confirmation.

4. Cancellations and returns

The Supplier provides full refund in case of the Costumer cancelling the order. An item that is in the same condition and quantity as when received can be returned to the Supplier within 14 days after the receipt of the goods on the following return address. The Supplier must be informed about the Customers cancelation of the goods purchased. Inform by email: info@idomove.com  .You do not need to give any reason for cancelling or return of your order, but a brief explanation will help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future. Goods must be returned in its original packing and accompanied by a receipt. The amount paid by the customer for the particular item, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded upon return of the item. The customer pays the shipping costs associated with returning the item. The return of a product can be directed to the following address.

The customer will receive the refund within 14 days after the Supplier has received a postage receipt.

5. Warranty

The Customer has 2 years of warranty on all products purchased. The Customer can therefore not claim any defects 2 years after a product has been delivered.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or operation of a product, moisture damage or other use that are not in line with the instructions supplied with the product.

Any bugs or defects in the received product must be claimed within a reasonable time after they were discovered or should have been discovered.

Returning a product with deficiencies, for purposes of repair or redelivery, is at the Supplier’s risk and expense. In case of a return the Customer must inform the Supplier about the defect, at info@idomove.com

If the goods within the return period of 2 years are found to be defective the Supplier undertakes to correct such deficiencies within a reasonable time. The Supplier can if it is considered appropriate repairing deficiencies instead of provide a new faultless item or refund the purchase amount including Costumer return expenses.

6. Liability and Copyright

The Supplier does not assume any responsibly towards the Customer except what is provided in the above headings.  The Supplier’s responsibility is limited to direct loss and therefore do not include consequential damages to connected equipment and indirect loss such as lost wages, shipping costs, operating losses, installation costs, etc.

The making of unauthorized copies, distribution, or public performance of such supplies is in violation of the Copyright Act and may result in civil as well as criminal penalties.

8. Other

The Supplier reserves the rights for price changes, typos, sold out or discontinued goods, tax and fee changes, and delays or cancellations due to force majeure events.

Danish law governs any conditions and any dispute that may arise on the basis of these terms and conditions. However, the Danish low of private international law does not apply.

The Danish courts will settle any dispute that may arise related to the use of the Website.

Items purchased at retail or other online stores must be returned where you purchased them because return policies may vary. Contact the dealer directly for their return policy information.
